Fast Visa Appointments (FVA) is a trading name of Sevenhampton Limited. Sevenhampton Limited provides its services to you subject to the following terms & conditions, which you accept by using the service.

1. All software and services (the FVA website, app, direct email,  notifications service) are provided by Sevenhampton Limited (the company), and are on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis with no warranties of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. By using the FVA website, app or direct email and providing us with your passport number and personal details, you agree for us to login to the VFS Global websites on your behalf to check for available appointments and appointment cancellations.

3. The company has no affiliation with VFS Global. Subscription to this service does therefore not guarantee to find you an earlier appointment date or an appointment at all.

4. We are not responsible for booking an appointment for you, but will endeavour to find one for you.

5. The correct date of your appointment is the one that appears on the VFS Global website. The date on the app or emails you receive from us might be incorrect in some cases, we don't take any responsibility for an inaccurate date that might appear in our website, app, direct email.

6. We will check the VGS Global website for you and will send you notification (via email or text) once we find an appointment at your chosen location. We don't guarantee that you will receive notification for every appointment that happened or every appointment that we find.

7. When we send you a notification with an appointment it means that we found an appointment for you. We don't guarantee any appointment times or dates.

8. You are responsible for turning up to the VFS appointment, taking the correct documents and ensuring that you have all the information required. We cannot be held responsible for any appointments that are cancelled due to reasons that are the responsibility of the person(s) taking the appointment or that you have not taken the correct documentation.  This includes access to the email account to prove you have an appointment from VFS.

9. We do not manage amendments, cancellations or refunds from VFS.

10. As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your purchase and request a full refund of your payment, within 14 days from purchase, as long as the service is yet to begin. The service starts as soon as we start searching for an appointment for you, which will normally start as soon as you agree to our service and provided us with the necessary personal information.  However, if an appointment has been booked with VFS, we have fulfilled our role.

11. By giving us your details you agree to us passing your information to VFS Global in order to check for appointments for you.  All details will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

12. Each appointment we search for is on behalf of the passport holder that is entered in the passport number box on the account preferences form/excel.  Appointments cannot be swapped between passport holders.

13. We pay the VFS visa application fee in order to secure the VFS appointment.  Once the appointment is booked all fees are non refundable (both any VFS fee and our fee).

14. Once an appointment is booked, should the passport holder wish to change or cancel the appointment and requests us to find a new appointment for them, this classifies as a new search and as such will incur new fees.

15. We invoice once a visa appointment has been secured.  The invoice is made up of two parts, firstly the VFS appointment booking fee (if applicable) and secondly our fee. Our fees do not include any agent or third party fees, which are additional should a client be introduced by a third party or another business.

16. All Terms and Conditions are updated on the website and supersede any Terms and Conditions in the Client Application forms.
