Fast Visa Appointments was started due to personal frustration surrounding the visa appointment process. We personally spent ages trying to secure a visa appointment, but encountered numerous problems and issues.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals with skill sets across technology, sales and business strategy. We work hard to ensure a seamless and stress free experience is had by all our clients.
We currently offer services for people based in the United Kingdom and Singapore who are looking to move to Portugal. We have plans to expand our service to additional geographies over time.
You submit your visa application information via our form. This is stored using security protocols and your information is deleted once your appointment is complete.
We only invoice you after we have secured your appointment. We pay the consulate booking fee for you, then charge our fee. Hence, you will be billed for 2 items: refunding us for the consulate/VFS booking fee (disbursement) and then our fee. All fees are net to us and do not include any agent fees.
We use our technology to search for the latest available appointment, based on the criteria you submitted in the form. The system also looks for cancellations, although these are pretty rare.
We will inform you via email or text once an appointment has been secured for you.
Now it is down to you to attend the appointment. We are not responsible for any outcome of the appointment, we just help you book the appointment.
